Students involved in the Saudi Arabia Students Association and the Khebrat program highlighted the culture of Saudi Arabia on Saturday, October 19 at the Jim D. Morris Center.
Guests were greeted with airline-themed gates and departures in the first-floor lobby, along with a space to relax with Arabic coffee and sweets while waiting for a “flight.”
Upstairs, a silent gallery featured influential citizens and a side-by-side look at the most famous cities of Saudi Arabia now and in the past. Visitors scanned QR codes to watch videos about the person or location featured in the display.
Everyone in attendance was amazed by the impressive spread of foods, including traditional dishes and a few new recipes. Guests tasted a variety of dishes with many compliments to the chef.
