Legacy telephone services have been restored and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telephone services were never impacted in and around Glass Hall.

A communications failure caused contact to be lost with the gateway serving legacy analog and proprietary digital telephones in Glass Hall and surrounding areas. VoIP services use the campus network for communications so no telephone outages occurred for these users.
