This what Walter had to say about his leadership opportunities at Missouri State…
What has impacted me the most is being the president of NPHC. This has developed my leadership far past my leadership capability that I thought I possessed within myself. In addition, my membership in Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc has impacted me as well in order to reach my full potential as a student at Missouri State.
He also gave some words wisdom for younger students
If I would give advice to younger students it would be to take advantage of all the resources and opportunities that Missouri State has to offer. Personally, I did not get really emerged in campus culture until half way through my college career, and I wish I would have started my involvement sooner.
