“Illuminations,” a new exhibit of French poetry in Meyer Library’s Special Collections and Archives, will be on display through May 27. The exhibit mainly features the work of poet Arthur Rimbaud but also includes works by poets Michel Butor and Stéphane Mallarmé.
The items on display are part of the William Jack Jones French Literature Collection, which was established in the early 1960s by Frederic St. Aubyn in memory of Jones, who died during World War II.
Special Collections and Archives is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with extended hours on Tuesdays until 9:00 pm when classes are in session.
