The end of the year is nearly here, and the University Libraries can help you finish what you’ve started. Stop by Meyer Library to study, de-stress and refuel ahead of finals week.
Study
Extended Hours:
We’re extending our hours until 2 a.m. on select nights. Bookmark our hours and study the night away.
Study Rooms:
Reserve our private or group study rooms to stay focused and on-task in the library. Many rooms come equipped with TVs so you can share your screenshare your notes or presentations.
De-stress
Mental Health Support:
The Counseling Center’s mental health ambassadors will be tabling in the Meyer Library Lobby from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 6-8. Stop by for free snacks and stress relief tips ahead of finals week.
Pet Therapy:
Pups from Pet Therapy of the Ozarks will visit Meyer Library from 10 a.m. to noon on Dec. 7. Plus, Boris the cat is back from 2-3:30 p.m. Dec. 11 and 10:30-noon on Dec. 12.
Crafts:
The University Libraries Marketing and Communications team will be tabling with button and bookmark-making crafts from 2-5 p.m. on Dec. 11. Stop by to make your own custom library button or Boris bookmark.
Refuel
Study Day Snacks:
Enjoy complimentary food and refreshments from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Dec. 9 in the Meyer Library Lobby courtesy of the Missouri State Traditions Council.
Free Coffee:
Thanks to our friends at Chartwells, we’re offering free coffee in the Meyer Library Living Room from 1-9 p.m. Dec. 11 and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 12. Cozy up to the fire and enjoy a warm cup of coffee before tackling your to-do list or study notes.
