Who wouldn’t want to spend their afternoon at a chocolate factory? Askinosie Chocolate is one of the best things on C Street in Springfield and during the tour, students learned all about how different kinds of chocolate are made, bean to bar, as well as the ethical implications of why Askinosie does it the way they do.
