I am Andy Wilson. My Major is Psychology. I’m working as an RA in Kentwood with the the Transitions Community. I’m really excited to work in this LLC because I had a difficult time meeting people and making friends when I first transferred to Missouri State. I want my residents to have the opposite experience by doing everything I can to create a thriving community. A fun fact about me is I’ve jumped off a cliff 60 feet high into 200 feet of water.
Hello Everyone! My name is Angel Ford and I’m a senior majoring in illustration and graphic design. My dream is to create my own children’s book or work as a concept artist for Disney. I’m really excited about working in the Transitions Living Learning Community because I feel it would be great to help and assist transfer students on their journey at Missouri State University. I’m looking forward in creating amazing memories and experiences this upcoming school year. Finally, one fun fact about myself is I love movies! So if anyone wants any recommendations, I’m your girl. Also, I’m a huge Tom Hardy fan.
My name is Holly Zinke, and I am a senior studying Exercise and Movement Science. I am an outdoor enthusiast and love running, hiking, and camping. I’m excited to be an RA for the Transitions Community because I want to help transfer students feel welcome here at their new home!
My name is Alexis Alston, my major is Mass Media with a Minor in Recording Arts. I am a senior this year and will be graduating in spring 2018. I like recording and engineering music and hope to work in a studio and eventually own my own one day.
I’m excited to work with this community because I’ve been to a few schools before Missouri state so I know too well how it feels to be a transfer student. It sometimes feels like it’s hard to find your place in already established communities so I am excited to help people find theirs here.
Fun fact: I once ate a whole can of jalapeño peppers without taking a drink!
