– Ideal Candidate: Current Senior with some sales experience that needs more training and development before jumping into a quota-carrying role

– Description of the Role
o We created the Junior Account Executive role to bring more opportunities to new college grads to get involved at Sprint Business! As a JAE, you’ll be shadowing the B2B team and undergoing extensive sales training to prepare you for the Account Executive position. You’ll be heavily focused on developing your understanding of the sales cycle and Sprint’s business product portfolio. Meanwhile, you’ll be assisting the sales teams with any customer initiatives as they arise. Your goal as a JAE is to master the sales process and transition into an Account Executive as quickly as possible!
