Job Title and Description: “As an extension of the Open Doors Spotlight on Youth initiative, the Kauffman Center has developed an internship program for rising arts and non-profit professionals. The Kauffman Center is dedicated to creating opportunities for young professionals and students to grow their career skills and make lasting connections in the thriving Kansas City arts community. Currently enrolled college students or recently graduated professionals are encouraged to apply for Kauffman Center internship opportunities. Kauffman Center interns receive hands-on experience in various aspects of non-profit arts management as well as networking opportunities, professional development, and career mentorship. Internships are regularly available in the following areas: Marketing & PR, Marketing & Community Outreach, Volunteer Management, Patron Services Management, Facilities Management, Production Management and Facility and Event Sales”.
Required Qualifications: College sophomores, juniors, seniors, or recent college graduates.
