Job Description: Frontier Media Labs is looking for a driven, self-motivated, and passionate Business Development professional who is ready and eager to learn and to make a difference in our internal business development processes. The objective of this role is to train and develop the skills of a sales-oriented individual through hands-on experience selling the marketing services of our digital marketing firm. The goal with this position is to start you in a sales support role while being mentored by the Head of Business Development as well as the CEO and within a reasonable amount of time, graduate you from a support role to a Business Development Specialist position
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Input Lead (contact) Data within HubSpot CRM
- Identify and support action on optimal sales opportunities
- Track and gauge sales lead activity within Hubspot to cold call
- Respond to clients’ inquiries and requests via email, phone, and in-person meetings in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely and successful delivery of information
- Cold Call Sales Leads to set-up “Discovery Calls” with client’s team and Frontier Sales Executives
- Take part in Discovery Calls to document important information and notes on prospective clients
- Gather and organize information in the form of proposals for potential clients interested in one or more of our services.
- Maintain, clean, and organize our HubSpot CRM
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with relevant Work Experience OR Higher Education is required
- Must have great interpersonal communication skills
- Be able to work 30+ hours per week or full-time
- Must be self-driven
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills – customer service background is a plus
- Must be comfortable communicating with clients virtually and in person
- Should have the ability to analyze and identify optimal sales leads
- Must be coachable and excited to learn
- Should have experience working with the following programs: HubSpot, Google Teams, Excel, Monday.com, & LinkedIn.
