Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, detail oriented, and customer focused individual to help support our operation. This is position requires 100% travel. This position is a great opportunity for growth into a management position as it allows employees to gain a great deal of knowledge of our operations and become experts in our processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in new business implementation projects
• Set up new facility including floor layout and preparing facility dock for business
• Train various individuals throughout the facility including operations and dock workers
• Walk Thru delivery route and customer location
• Help provide customer solutions
• Assist in driver training and assess performance
• Help develop and implement routing changes, as well as routing for transportation carrier changes
• Participate in “dry runs” with Dealers
• Provide Scanning Solutions Training
• Support restructurings, best practices/process roll-outs, and other business events
• Review facility paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements of the Operations Resource Specialist I

• Must be willing and available to travel extensively
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Deadline oriented with strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferred
• Supply chain, transportation, or logistics experience or interest preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
