Flexible/Hybrid hours between 8:00 – 5:00pm

10 to 20 hours per week

The Student Marketing Assistant plays an active role in the development and dissemination of the Magers and Employee Wellness marketing, promotional materials and assisting office procedures.

· Assist the Magers Administration and Employee Wellness Coordinator

· Contribute to creation of graphics for Magers and Employee Wellness events and activities

· Managing and programming of events including MSU Wellness Fair

· Brainstorm and execute content creation (reels, event promotion, event recaps)

· Create graphics for social media outlets, websites, reports and marketing material for Facebook and Instagram

· Target engagement (increase interaction with Magers and Employee Wellness Programs)

· Adhere to University brand in all designs and communication materials

· Stay current with content and design trends

· Collaborate with other staff members and/or independently accomplish relevant tasks to meet project deadlines

· Other duties may be assigned based on office needs and demonstrated interest

· Office duties to include but not limited to filing, data entry, digital copies, maintaining records and supplies
