COB Connections Highlights Bear of Excellence: Stacie Minutolo, Marketing Department Alumni

COB Connections recently featured alumni Stacie Minutolo as their Bear of Excellence. Stacie is a 1995 alumni who got her undergraduate degree in Marketing Advertising and Promotion, followed by a Master’s in Fashion Management from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy in 2002.

Stacie is a prominent figure in the luxury fashion industry, having spent over 15 years as a marketing and e-commerce expert for brands including Versace, Ferragamo, and Tod’s Group. As an early digital adopter, she was instrumental in the launch of Versace’s e-commerce business in the U.S. and initiated global digital initiatives such as social media, influencer programs, and live streaming for the brand.

Currently, she serves as the chief marketing officer (CMO) of the Americas for Tod’s Group, where her responsibilities encompass marketing, e-commerce, VIP relations, public relations, events, and the overall consumer experience.

Beyond her executive role, Minutolo is the co-founder of Fashion Tech Connects, an organization dedicated to increasing the representation of women of color in the fashion industry. A high point in her professional life was receiving an invitation to the White House to support and advise former First Lady Michelle Obama on the Better Make Room Campaign. She is also recognized as an accomplished public speaker and has been featured in publications like Essence, Marie Claire, and Women’s Wear Daily.
