Dr. Carol Chapman is coordinating a two-day festival on Oct. 23 and 25 at Ellis Recital Hall to pay tribute to 19th century German poet Heinrich Heine. The event, called “Heinrich Heine: German Poetry in Music,” is part of the music department’s bi-annual recital series.
