Opera students help MSU earn Presidential Honor Roll award

Opera Workshop students to perform Nov. 22

Dr. Todd Payne travels back to alma mater

Todd Payne, associate professor of music, traveled back to his alma mater, Munford High School, in Munford, Tenn. He joins Ebony Preston Woods and high school chorus members for an upcoming homecoming concert to be held at their high school. Payne and Preston Woods will be performing 10 songs with the high school's chorus. NATS regional auditions

On November 14, a group of 22 singers, three pianists and five faculty members from the music department traveled to Rockford, Ill. to compete in the National Association of Teachers Singing regional auditions at Augustana College.
