Music professor and cellist Dr. Michael A. Murray will perform Vivaldi’s Concerto for Two Cellos and Strings with Jacqueline Trtan, a Drury University adjunct and cellist, Saturday at the Springfield Symphony Orchestra concert, “European Treasures.”

Murray is the recipient of the 2014 Governor’s Recognition for Excellence in Education and principal cellist for the Springfield Symphony Orchestra. Trtan is the symphony’s assistant principal cellist. She also the director/owner of the Stanton Strings.
