Vocal performance students and faculty were well represented at the recent National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) Central Region Conference and Competition, which was held at Northern Illinois University. The competition featured participants from three states: Missouri, Iowa and Illinois.

• Tyler Hast (student of Ann Marie Daehn) — 1st place in Upper College Men
• Alana Yeomans (student of Carol Chapman) — 2nd place in Advanced College Women
• Yi Zhou (student of Ann Marie Daehn) — Honorable Mention in Advanced College Women
• Shannon Dey (student of Ann Marie Daehn) — 2nd place in Adult
