Online undergrad finance degree earns #10 ranking
Missouri State Online is happy to announce another top ranking. The undergrad finance online program ranked #10 by Finance Masters website. The low faculty to student ratio and low tuition rate are two of the factors for the top ranking. The Bachelor of Science in Finance Online has a 22 students to 1 faculty ratio. The undergraduate tuition of $295 per credit hour.
The online finance degree prepares students for a wide range of careers. Possible jobs include: accountants, actuaries, budget analysts, financial analysts, and investor relations analysts. Other top ten programs are Pennsylvania State University, UMass Amherst, and Old Dominion. According to the website, the job outlook for finance majors is optimistic. Accountant and financial analysts are looking forward to a 15% increase in the job market. The article cited, “the median annual salary for accountants in 2012 was $63,550.”
