Always nice to see Political Science alum and MSU Board of Governor, Kendall Seal in Springfield.
Kendall is in town to offer a comprehensive, two-day training program entitled “Human Trafficking: Legal Remedies for Trafficking Survivors” at the eFactory. The program provides an in-depth overview of the legal issues faced by U.S. citizens and foreign national survivors, including criminal victim witness advocacy issues, criminal vacatur and sealing records, civil remedies, and immigration benefits.
This continuing legal education program is provided free of charge by the Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking (CAST) and co-sponsors Missouri State University, Springfield Metropolitan Bar Foundation, and the Women’s Foundation/.
