2000 MPA alumna, Dr. Joan Barrett, will be recognized with the Distinguished College Administrator Award by the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

Dr. Barrett is the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC).
