Nice to hear from Arber Fetahu

Upon my return from my master studies at Missouri State University, I have started working as a researcher in a think tank institute in Kosovo named Research Institute of Development and European Affairs (RIDEA).

My job is to undertake research and evaluate outcomes. My research focuses mainly on reconciliation and political dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia. My responsibilities include writing policy papers and background notes on Kosovo’s integration in international organizations. In addition to that, I am responsible for making presentations at conferences, exhibiting work at other appropriate events, identifying sources of funding, and developing new concepts and ideas for policy research.
