Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship
Eligibility:
• Be a U.S. citizen.
• Seek admission to a two-year, full-time, on-campus, master’s degree program at a U.S.-based graduate institution to begin in the fall of 2020 in an academic field relevant to the work of the Foreign Service (public policy, international affairs, public administration, business, economics, political science, sociology, or foreign languages).
• Have a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher on a 4.0 scale

Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Program
Eligibility:
• Applicants must be seeking admission to enter graduate school in the fall of 2020 for a two-year program at a U.S. university in an area of relevance to the Foreign Service. They can be in the senior year of their undergraduate studies, graduating by June 2020, or they can be college graduates.
• Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher on a 4.0 scale at the time of application.
• Applicants must be a U.S. citizen.
Graduate Fellowship Deadline: September 24, 2019 at 11:59 PM
Summer Enrichment Program Eligibility:
• Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students, with at least sophomore status on the date of the application deadline (February 4, 2020).
• Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale at the time of application.
• Applicants must be a U.S. citizen.
Summer Enrichment Program Deadline: Opens late October 2019 – February 4, 2020
Presidential Management Fellows
Eligibility:
• If you will meet all advanced degree requirements (even though you have not necessarily graduated), including the completion or successful defense of any required thesis or dissertation, you may be eligible to apply.
• Eligibility is based on completion of advanced degree requirements by August 31st of the following year of the annual application.
– OR –
• If you have completed an advanced degree from a qualifying college or university during the previous two years from the opening date of the PMF Program’s annual application announcement, you are eligible to apply.
• Advanced Degree means a professional or graduate degree (e.g., master’s, Ph.D., J.D.).
Deadline: 2020 Applications are being accepted from October 3-17, 2019.
Veterans Innovation Partnership Fellowship
Eligibility:
• Open to U.S. Armed Forces Veterans and Transitioning U.S. Military
• Must have completed a Master’s degree or higher in the preferred fields of International Business, International Relations/Affairs, Public Policy, Public Administration, or a related field
• Must apply within two years of graduate degree completion
• U.S. Armed Forces Reservists and National Guard Members are eligible, provided they have completed a minimum of two years of time in service
