Flex – The At-Home LSAT

With a couple of administrations completed, Ross Rinehart takes a look at the roll out of the LSAT-Flex for the National Jurist’s preLaw magazine.

Rinehart offers an overview of the glitches in May as well as the progress in June, and he identifies some challenges facing LSAC for future tests.

The big, as yet unanswered, question is whether they will offer in-person LSATs in October and November or, once again, “flex” their testing strategy.
