Dr. Indira Palacios presented “The Next Generation and Protests in Chile” at the Santa Fe Council on International Relations (CIR) Global Citizen Summit 2021.

Dr. Palacios’s presentation addressed how and why young protestors took to the streets of Chile in 2019 to demand change.
