Clif’s Notes for April 23, 2019

April 23, 2019 by Clif Smart

The front door and first impression for most prospective students and families is our university homepage. Later this month, the homepage will have a fresh look. This is the first step in a multi-phase rollout.

Our goal with this new layout is to create an action-oriented experience for future Bears. We’re showcasing bold video, imagery and content elements.

What’s new

In late April, we’ll start the transition with the release of the new homepage.

Other highlights on the new homepage include:

  • An admissions-focused style makes it easier to apply, visit and donate to Missouri State.
  • A carousel of stories, centered around student success
  • Upcoming events in an easy-to-read format, with quick links to the full calendar
  • Bold, impactful stats that detail university accomplishments

The new templates have other options for design layouts, too.

All MSU Web Press sites will switch to the new templates. The web team will release a schedule for this move later in the year.

We hope you like the changes. If you have any questions or feedback, please contact us.

Thanks for all you do for Missouri State!
