Missouri Campus Compact will provide grant funding to faculty, staff and institutions for the purpose of furthering community engagement on its member campuses. Faculty and staff grants will award up to $500 to individuals that seek to develop or redesign courses or programs with a community-based learning focus, conduct community-based research, or examine the impact of service-learning/community engagement/public scholarship on students or community agencies. Funding may be used both within the curriculum (course-based) and in co-curricular programming. Institution grants will award up to $1000 for campuses who seek to educate about, create, or enhance community engagement, promote the use of community-based learning as a teaching pedagogy; or create or build upon community engagement initiatives on campus. Only one institution grant application may be submitted from a particular campus. We would encourage you to communicate with the community engagement staff on your campus to work together on submitting an institution-wide application.
All applications are due April 29, 2016. The NOFA and application form can be found on our website at theĀ Missouri Campus Compact website.
