You are invited to participate in the Spring 2018 commencement ceremony to be held on Friday May, 18, 2018 at 10:00 AM, 1:30 PM, and 5 PM in JQH Arena. In order to facilitate your participation, the University will assume the cost of renting your gown. Our contract allows each participant to keep his or her cap and hood for use in future commencement ceremonies.
If you plan to participate in the Spring 2018 commencement, please complete and return the faculty regalia order form. However, if you own your regalia, please reply to Karen Foster and indicate which ceremony you will be participating in so I may have an accurate headcount. Send your completed form to Karen Foster by campus mail, email or it can be faxed to 836-5117.
The deadline for ordering faculty regalia is March 9, 2018. It becomes difficult to process late requests. If you have questions, please call Karen Foster (Ext. 6-5886).
Regalia will be available for pick up at Maroon Nation (formerly “It’s A Greek Thing”) beginning Monday, May 14 – Wednesday May 16. If this is not convenient you may pick up on Commencement Day at the south doors of Hammons Student Center (racquetball courts) where the faculty will meet to line up.
