A Penny for your Thoughts: Grants Available Now for Your Assessment Projects

November 1, 2018 by Chuck Busby

Assessment of Student Learning Grants are available now! Let the Office of Assessment help you, the faculty, in your efforts to assess student learning. These $500 grants, which are available on a rolling basis, may be used for many different types of projects. Some examples of recent grants include Aligning Student Learning in Plant and Animal Sciences with Industry Expectations by Dr. Beth Walker and Dr. Sarah Lancaster, Utilizing New Technology to Improve Writing Quality in Online Sociology Courses by Dr. David Rohall, and Program Assessment through a Student Advisory Committee by Dr. Stephen Berkwitz.

Applying for an Assessment of Student Learning Grant is simple. Visit the Assessment website and fill out the proposal form online. If you have questions about a project or would like some input on an assessment plan, email us at Assessment@MissouriState.edu to set up a meeting.
