Ordering deadline is tomorrow!

You are invited to participate in the Fall 2019 commencement. Ceremonies are scheduled for Friday, December 13, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. in JQH Arena. The University will assume the cost of renting your gown. Our contract allows each participant to keep his or her cap and hood for use in future commencement ceremonies.

Please complete and return the faculty regalia order form if you plan to take part in the commencement ceremonies. If you own your regalia, please let Karen Foster know which ceremony you will be participating in so she may have an accurate headcount. Send your completed form to Karen Foster by campus mail, email or fax (836-5117).

The deadline for ordering faculty regalia is October 9, 2019. It is difficult to process late requests. If you have questions, please call Karen Foster (Ext. 6-5886).

Regalia will be available for pick up at 1905 (formerly “Maroon Nation”) beginning Monday, December 10 through Wednesday, December 12. Otherwise, faculty can pick up their regalia on the day of commencement at the south doors of Hammons Student Center (racquetball courts) where the faculty will meet to line up.
