You are invited to participate in the Spring 2020 commencement ceremony to be held on Friday May 15, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m. in JQH Arena. The University will assume the cost of renting your gown. Our contract allows each participant to keep his or her cap and hood for use in future commencement ceremonies.

Please complete and return the faculty regalia order form if you plan to take part in the commencement ceremonies. If you own your regalia, please let Karen Foster know which ceremony you will be participating in so she may have an accurate headcount. Send your completed form to Karen Foster by campus mail, email or fax (836-5117).

The deadline for ordering faculty regalia is Friday, March 13. It is difficult to process late requests. If you have questions, please call Karen Foster (Ext. 6-5886).

Regalia will be available for pick up at the Bookstore service counter beginning Monday, May 11 through Wednesday, May 13. Otherwise, faculty can pick up their regalia on the day of commencement at the south doors of Hammons Student Center (racquetball courts) where the faculty will meet to line up.
