We would like to invite each of you to fill out the form via the link below if you are planning on attending commencement. This form will be used for regalia, but also to keep track of those individuals that are planning on attending any of the ceremonies in October and/or December. This way the commencement committee will be able to contact you if there are changes or information that we need to provide you; plus it gives the committee the ability to know how many to anticipate attending, so that we will have the proper amount of seating reserved for you. - October ceremonies: Deadline was Friday, August 28.
- December ceremonies: Friday, October 16.
