As a supervisor at Missouri State, you play a critical role in advancing the mission of the University. MSU LEAD is a robust professional development program focusing on the power skills you need to make lasting change as a manager at MSU.
Space is limited to 30 participants. The series consists of nine (9) workshops totaling 42 contact hours of blended, seated, and online programming, with networking included.

April 20 – Emotional Intelligence, 8:00 am–12:30 p.m.
April 27 – Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, 8:00 am–12:30 p.m.
May 4 – Performance Management Principles, 8:00 am–12:30 p.m.
May 11 – Ethics & Conflict Resolution, 8:00 am–12:30 p.m.
May 18 – The Effective Leader, 8:00 am–5:00 p.m.
