First-Year Programs is in the process of recruiting Peer Leaders for fall 2024.  Peer Leaders are students who are going to be sophomores, juniors, or seniors and who have a desire to serve first-year students. Peer Leaders are partnered with a GEP 101 instructor to serve as a resource to both the instructor and students. Peer Leaders also take IDS 310 (Leadership Seminar; at no cost to the Peer Leader), which is a leadership development course to learn ways to better support first-year students as well as to focus upon their own leadership development.
