What are some ways you save money?
Paris: I Make dinner at home instead of eating fast food and basically budget my money. I don’t live outside my means and know my needs rather than my wants.
What are your top financial planning recommendations as a new student?
Paris: Take the shuttle! It’s Free and saves you a lot on gas, use your meal plan, get a job that works around your school schedule, don’t party ALL the time, but sometimes is okay :), ASK QUESTIONS! If you don’t know ask. If you’re confused about financial aid or your banking account, just ask. It doesn’t hurt and you feel ten times better knowing the facts rather than wondering what should or shouldn’t be.
What are some “Need to Know” facts about college that you would give?
Paris: Find a nice balance that works for you. A balance between school, work, friends, and organizations, Prioritize.
Join organizations, It’s a great way to meet new people
Talk to your professors, It can only help you.

What are some fun things you do by yourself or with friends that are low in cost?
Paris: Go on walks, go swimming, have girls nights’ where we just sit, chat and enjoy each others company, volunteer, watch movies, have game nights, workout, and go thrifting with my friends.
Since you’re winding down on your college years what is your financial plan of action once you graduate?
Paris: Well after I graduate with a bachelors in theater I plan on saving the money I earn to move to Las Angeles, California to pursue my dream of being an actress. I will set up a savings account and put a certain amount of money in each time I get paid.
