R.E.A.L. Bears Alumni and Current Students Team Up to Make an Impact

Former R.E.A.L. Bears and current students joined forces on the R.E.A.L. Bears Relay for Life Team in support of the American Cancer Society.  

The R.E.A.L. Bears Relay for Life team raised over $900 through fundraisers and donations from alumni, students, family and friends during the Spring 2011 semester to benefit the American Cancer Society.  

The 2011 Relay for Life theme was “Fighting Back Through the Decades” in honor of the 10th anniversary of Relay For Life on Missouri State University’s campus.

Former REAL Bear members Beckie Bereitschaft and Chelsea Clark joined current REAL Bears for the Relay for Life festivities at the overnight event held April 8 and 9.
