Kenneth Rowey is the new President of R.E.A.L. Bears. Below are his thoughts on the direction of the organization.

I am excited to become the new President of R.E.A.L. Bears. I see R.E.A.L. Bears as a professional organization that helps members grow into future alumni leaders.
Members get the chance to connect with alumni in a way that most students do not get the chance to do. The networking opportunities, professional development events, and professional speakers offer R.E.A.L. Bear members a chance to connect with alumni and professionals in the Springfield community.
R.E.A.L. Bears has made great progress as an organization over the past three years that I have been a member. This year, we were able to implement our Birthday Party, a new Traditions List, and increased membership.
As President, I hope to help members improve their professional networking abilities, help rebrand R.E.A.L. Bears with the help of a new logo and increase student recognition of the organization, and increase the membership’s involvement in the organization.
The future of R.E.A.L. Bears looks very promising, and I am excited to help lead R.E.A.L. Bears the next year.
