At approximately 1:15 a.m. a robbery was reported at the Break Time gas station located at Grand and National. A white male, described as in his thirties, with a mustache and wearing a dark hoodie, entered the store, grabbed a cash register and displayed a weapon that was not a firearm. The suspect then exited the store and headed east toward Glenstone.

No one was injured during the incident. The Springfield Police Department is investigating this incident.
