The Department of Art and Design is proud to feature the art of four students involved in the Bachelor of Fine Arts Exhibition. The exhibit starts on Nov. 27 and continues until Dec. 6. The public is invited to attend an artist’s reception on Friday, Dec. 7 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The reception is in conjunction with First Friday Art Walk.

 The showcase exhibits a wide range of mediums. Participating students are: Jessica Kiel, photography; Katie Piatt, fabric and mixed media installation; Kerra Taylor, sculpture and painting; and Sarah Wolken, painting. This exhibit is the final show of their studies at Missouri State University.

The public is invited to view the reception through Dec. 6 and attend the artist’s reception on Dec. 7. The Student Exhibition Center (SEC) is located at 838 East Walnut Street on the corner of John Q. Hammons Parkway. It is open from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
