The 2017-2018 Citizen Scholars and Student Government Association (SGA) were invited to visit the State Capitol in Jefferson City.  Dr. Siscoe and Dean Lane accompanied the students on Wednesday, April 18th where they were introduced to the Senate and had an opportunity to meet their area legislature. The Citizen Scholars were presented on the floor of the House and the Senate and were recognized as outstanding citizen scholars at Missouri State University.
