1) Eating Disorders Awareness Week Screenings:  Help the Counseling Center spread the word about free Eating Disorders Awareness Week screenings. Students may come to the Counseling Center, Magers Health & Wellness Center, Room 304, February 24—28th, between the hours of 10 am—3 pm to take a brief screening and see if they need additional support and/or information regarding their eating/body image concerns. Screenings are confidential, and students will meet briefly with a counselor to discuss the results and to assist with referrals or scheduling an appointment, if needed. Questions? 2) Spotlight on Alison Harper – Missouri State Foundation Annual Fund and Student Affairs Liaison – According to Alison, “Student Affairs has a direct impact on our students. We want to ensure their passions are funded and we are providing the best facilities, programs, and hands-on-learning opportunities for our students. Annual Funds and private support tie directly back to students as that’s who we are doing this all for.” Read the spotlight here.

3) Career Expo / Education Career Fair 2020 Student Information – February 26, 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Springfield EXPO Center – Students of all majors and all class levels from Missouri State University, Drury University, Evangel University, Southwest Baptist University, and College of the Ozarks are encouraged to attend this all-inclusive career fair. 4) President’s Diversity Council Meeting – February 27, 3:30-5pm, The Union Club, PSU 400 – The President’s Diversity Council will hold a presentation and discussion for a prospective Multicultural Center. Please share with students, faculty and staff. All are welcome to attend.
