- The Office of Orientation & Transition Programs and Family Programs and Student Affairs Special Events will celebrate the 2020 SOAR leaders on Thursday, September 10th. Joining the celebration will be President Clif Smart, Dr. Dee Siscoe and Dr. Michele Smith. SOAR leaders will also receive a special token of appreciation from the staff.
