In this time of virtual events, the Division of Student Affairs is offering a Zoom webinar tool for your department’s use. Funded by the Division of Student Affairs, there is no cost to your department to use this resource.
With the webinar tool, you can:
Have up to 500 attendees in the session
Invite Panelists ahead of time, offering them their own link to use.
Use the question and answer tool
Incorporate polls into your session
Manage attendees participation
To reserve a time to use the webinar tool, contact Priscilla Childress with the date and time of your session, the title, your panelists and their email addresses. We will check to make sure the date/time is available then we’ll set the session up for your department and provide you with the details you need to host the event.
