Take a moment to see what’s happening this week in the Division of Student Affairs.
1. Classes are Back in Session! The new semester has started, and we are excited to welcome our students back! Remind them of the various resources available to them on campus such as the Counseling Center, Foster Rec, Magers Health and Wellness, and Dining Services, just to name a few.
2. Spring All-Staff Meeting – The DOSA Spring All-Staff Meeting will take place on February 1st at 8am in the PSU Ballroom. Refreshments will be served. This meeting is an excellent time to visit with colleagues from the division and learn about programs, upcoming events and all that is going on in the Division of Student Affairs. We look forward to seeing you on February 1st.

5. Foundation Scholarship Application – Remind the students you work with that the Foundation Scholarship Application closes March 1st. Encourage them to complete the application sooner rather than later. Find more information here.
6. Multicultural Programs Cha-Tea – Encourage your students to attend the Cha-Tea hosted by Multicultural Programs on January 25th, 2-4pm, in the MRC on the 1st floor of the PSU. Travel the world by tasting Native American tea. Pop into the MRC for some tea, snacks, and a chance to get to know the MRC staff & ask questions. Faculty & Staff are welcome to join.
7. Save-the-Date for the annual Cookie Decorating Event! – Join the Division of Student Affairs on Wednesday, February 14th, 3-4pm, for our annual Cookie Decorating Event in PSU 317. Grab your friends and come decorate cookies while enjoying gabbing with co-workers and others from around the Division. More details coming soon!
