Resource of the Week: Resolving Conflict Constructively and Respectfully – Conflict is a natural part of life brought on by our different beliefs, experiences, and values. If not managed carefully, however, conflict can harm relationships. Help with handling discord at minor levels may help to lessen greater risks such as divorce, and violence. Use and re-use these skills to improve interpersonal skills over a lifetime: https://blogs.missouristate.edu/studentaffairs/files/2024/01/ResolvingConflictConstructivelyAndRespectfully.pdf

How does it work? Complete the form here and under the cover of darkness (or whenever their office is empty), your friends space will come alive with bears! The bears will be collected from the office two days after the bearing has taken place. Make a friend/co-worker feel special and have some fun! They’ll receive a note saying “You’ve been BEARed” along with your message!
