Take a moment to see what’s happening in the Division of Student Affairs.
1. Division of Student Affairs All-Staff Meeting – The Division of Student Affairs All-Staff Meeting should already be on your calendar for Friday, September 20th from 9-11 am in the PSU Theater. This program will include meeting with our new President, Dr. Richard “Biff’ Willliams, hosting the DOSA Awards Ceremony, and committee meetings. Questions? Reach out to peggyjones@missouristate.edu.
2. The GROW Model by EAB – The Division of Student Affairs is pleased to announce the implementation of The GROW Model by EAB. We heard staff say through the EAB Voices Sessions that they wanted professional development and coaching by their supervisor. So, we are training all supervisors on Friday, September 13th so that they can help staff discuss goals, celebrate achievements, identify action items, and create a plan for future accomplishments. As a DOSA member, you will be hearing more about the GROW Coaching Model and how you can participate. The program is a flexible coaching model which allows one to see where they are now, where they want to go, and how they are going to get there as they move forward personally and professionally. We are excited to kick off this new program within the division… stay tuned for more information in the very near future!
