Take a moment to see what’s happening in the Division of Student Affairs.

1. The Inauguration of the 12th President of  Missouri State University – Dr. Richard B. Williams – The Missouri State University Board of Governors cordially invite you to the Inauguration of Missouri State University’s 12th President Dr. Richard B. 2. Accessibilities Panel and Discussion  – Our colleagues in Inclusive Engagement are holding a Panel and Discussion about Accessibilities on Wednesday, October 9 at 5pm. It is hosted at empower: abilities and will feature panelists from Missouri State, empower: abilities, and Arc of the Ozarks. We hope you will join the conversation on accessibility, inclusion, and collaboration. For more information, visit the blog post.

3. GROW Coaching Initiative – DOSA is kicking off the GROW Coaching initiative. All supervisors in the Division have participated in training from EAB (Education Advisory Board) and are now ready to work their supervisees on this new initiative. The GROW Coaching Model can help staff and managers discuss goals, celebrate achievements, identify action items, and work together to create a plan for future accomplishments. The flexibility of this coaching model allows one to see where they are now, where they want to go, and how they are going to get there as they move forward personally and professionally.
