1. Student Success Listening Sessions – Encourage your students to sign-up to attend a Student Success Listening Session. This is an opportunity for students to voice their thoughts on student life, engage with faculty and staff, and help shape the future of Missouri State University! Pizza will be served! It’s limited to 25 students each session so students need to register as soon as possible. Students can only attend one session. Share this form with them.

3. Bear Financials: MSU LEAD On Workshop – Bear Financials: Practical Budgeting for Leaders. Wednesday, February 26, 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Pummill 206
The Bear Financials workshop equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to manage budgets effectively and responsibly within the university and foundation settings. This training focuses on understanding the structure and purpose of financial accounts, navigating various budget types, and mastering the tools and processes for payment requests, reimbursements, and financial reporting. Participants will learn to ensure compliance with fiscal policies, make informed financial decisions, and foster accountability within their departments. Through practical examples and guidelines, this training prepares leaders to confidently oversee and optimize their financial resources.

4. Valentines Day Box from Missouri State Catering – Are you looking for a special treat for a loved one, a coworker or a friend? Well, Miss Teri Trickey and MSU Catering has you covered. 5. Chocolate Lovers Luncheon – It’s that time of the year again…The Chocolate Lovers Luncheon is coming up! Join Missouri State Catering for a wonderful lunch on Friday, February 14th, 11am-1pm in the PSU Grand Ballroom. There will be a decadent chocolate buffet to cap off your wonderful luncheon! 6. MSU Blood Drive – Gamma Sigma Sigma, SAC and SGA have partnered with the Community Blood Center of the Ozarks to host a Blood Drive on January 28th-30th in the PSU Ballroom West, 11am-5pm. Free hoodies while supplies last. View the flyer to schedule an appointment.
7. Department Spotlight – Center for Community Engagement (CCE) – Community engagement is a core component of the university’s public affairs mission. By promoting a campus culture that inspires community engagement, the Center for Community Engagement (through its programs and resources) aspires to develop students who are active citizens of enhanced character, sensitive to the needs of community, competent and committed in their ability to contribute to a global society, and civil in their habits of thought, speech, and action.
