Today is officially the last day of our program. It feels like it went by so fast! We toured some important locations of Vientiane, including some Buddhist monuments and buildings. Honestly, at this point, they're all starting to blend together to me. The sights we saw were very beautiful though, as were most of the Buddhist sites. All of this was a very interesting experience, and I feel like I got a … [Read more...] about Road Trip to Xiangkhouang
This morning we flew out of Hanoi into Luang Prabang, Laos. This place is much more relaxed and slow moving than Vietnam, which is a nice change of pace. After checking in, we went to the Kuangzi Falls. The falls were another reminder of how overwhelmingly gorgeous Southeast Asia is. I got some amazing pictures I cant wait to share with my friends and family. We got to swim in … [Read more...] about First day in Laos
