The Directing II class is back this semester and ready to see and utilize more amazing talent. Their class, Bounce Back! Productions, is holding auditions for this semester’s one-acts!
Enigma, written by Floyd Dell and directed by Jeremy Ashley- “A story of love, miscommunication, misdirection, and heartbreak.”
Accused of Comedy, written by Carl L. Williams and directed by Jacob Cannon- “In a world where comedy is illegal, two comedians try to find humor before their impending criminal trial.”
Playwriting 101: The Rooftop Lesson, written by Rich Orloff and directed by Laura Frost- “A lesson on playwriting goes wrong when actors make the story their own and comedy ensues.”
13 Reasons You Should Stop Being a Pirate, written by A. M. Dittman and directed by Hailey Panek- “The most dastardly crew on the high seas is horrified when Jaime starts to question the pirate’s life.”
Auditions will be Saturday, September 12th at 10:30am in Art Annex 0006. There is no need to prepare materials beforehand, and callbacks will be the same day at 1:30pm. Recording dates for the shows are Wednesday, October 16th and Thursday, October 17th.
