We are currently experiencing a syncing issue that is affecting access to the Modern Campus CMS admin for some users. We are actively working to identify and implement a solution to restore the syncing process with internal systems.
How can I tell if I have lost access?
If you are affected, you will be displayed the message: “You do not have the proper permissions to read this page” when you login and attempt to edit a page.
What should I do if I have lost access?
Send an email—including your email address—to websupport@missouristate.edu to request access. We’ll identify the sites you should have access to and restore them. If other team members have also lost access, include their email addresses in your message.
